Refund  – Exotic Plants

Please note: Our store specializes in living exotic plants. Because these are perishable items, refunds are not guaranteed and are issued only at the seller’s discretion.
Additionally, when a refund is approved, it is generally a partial refund, not a full one.


Refund Eligibility for Plants

We do not offer refunds unless the plant arrives damaged or dead.
To qualify for a refund or replacement:

  • You must provide clear photos and videos showing the plant exactly as it arrived.

  • Evidence must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

  • After 24 hours, we cannot offer any refund, replacement, or store credit.

Refunds will not be considered if the plant has been repotted, trimmed, altered, or exposed to improper conditions after delivery.

When a refund is approved, it will typically be partial, based on the extent of the damage and the condition of the plant upon arrival.
